About the Saturation Adjuster

Saturation controls color intensity without touching brightness. Push to 130–180% for vibrant social-ready color, or ease to 60–80% for a muted editorial palette. At 0% you get pure grayscale — a bonus preview of the monochrome look.

How it works

The tool scales each pixel's chroma — the distance between its color and neutral gray — while leaving brightness untouched. Positive values push colors toward candy vividness; negative values drain them toward monochrome without ever crossing into full grayscale unless you take the slider all the way down.

How to use it

Drop up to 10 images, set the saturation level while previewing live, and process. Results render beside their originals; download individually or as a batch ZIP.

Supported formats & limitations

Accepts .jpg, .png and .webp up to 30MB each, 10 per batch. Oversaturation clips fine color gradations in skies and skin — subtle boosts (10–30%) usually photograph best; food and product shots tolerate more.

Common use cases

Making social graphics and product photos pop in feeds, muting busy backgrounds behind text overlays, unifying color strength across a mixed batch, and softening clashing colors in user-supplied artwork before print.

Frequently asked questions

How private is Saturation Adjuster?

Everything runs locally in your browser via the Canvas API. Your picture never leaves your machine — there is no upload step at all, so processing is as private as working in an offline editor.

Can it open JPG, PNG and WebP files?

The common formats are covered — JPG, PNG or WEBP, each up to 30 MB. Queue them one batch at a time.

How many images can I process at once?

Batch runs take up to 10 files at once (30 MB each). There's no account, no daily quota and no watermark — process as many batches as you need.

Can I fine-tune the result before downloading?

You can adjust Saturation. Results are previewed after processing, so tweak values and re-run until the output looks right.
